Our Story
Our story began in 2004, woven between Reykjavik, New York, and Seattle. As two second-borns, we’ve always been observers and peacemakers, curious about what drives people and passionate about helping them step into their fullest potential.
Family, personal boundaries, and guiding others toward their own greatness are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we’ve built EVOKE as both a methodology and a movement - something we work on every single day with one intention: to help as many people as possible break free from fear and reclaim authorship of their lives.
As certified HeartMath coaches, we combine the science of heart intelligence with the art of storytelling to help people access clarity, resilience, and deeper self-connection. Our shared background in theater and acting taught us to see the world through other people’s eyes, to understand their inner narratives and empower them to rewrite their own.
At our core, we honor self-expression and meet the world with openness and integrity, showing up without pretense, without agendas - just the work, the story, and the people we serve.
