How does the course work?
You move through the course on your own time. It’s divided into three parts:

Part 2 - Rewrite & Direct Your Future: Map your story using the EVOKE Storyboard and design your next chapter.

Part 3 - Live Your Story: Receive ongoing coaching emails and live support to help you integrate what you’ve learned and take action.
How long does it take to complete the course?
The course is designed for flexibility - most people complete Parts 1 & 2 within 1–4 weeks, depending on how deeply they dive into the reflection exercises. Part 3 unfolds gradually through ongoing coaching emails after you’ve finished the main course.
Can I get support while I’m doing the course?
Yes. You can book office hours on Zoom with Anna Rósa or Shanga for personalized support, feedback, and accountability. You can also reply directly to the coaching emails in Part 3 to receive written feedback or guidance.
Do I need any special materials?
Just your curiosity, and ideally a printer for the worksheets. You can also fill them out digitally if you prefer, but most participants find that writing by hand deepens reflection and connection.
When does the course start and end?
The course begins as soon as you enroll - you’ll have instant access to all materials.
You can move at your own pace and revisit the content anytime.
